Huge party descends into riot in Washington State! (VIDEO)

BELLINGHAM, WA – Police clashed with hordes of drunken students from a party that swelled into a full blown riot. The conflict began at 9:30pm on Saturday when Bellingham authorities moved in to disperse the party. Rioters engaged in a tense stand off with police, throwing liquor bottles and even dinner plates at police cruisers. The police were heavily outnumbered, with 25 officers facing down hundreds of students.

The SWAT team eventually had to be called in to deploy tactical crowd dispersal techniques. Authorities used riot gear and flash bangs to disperse the crowd of students from Western Washington University.  Police made several arrests and there has not yet been a total estimate of damages or injuries from the incident.
