AURORA, CO – “Virtually everyone was throwing punches at everyone else in this cop-on-cop and wife-on-wife fight,” Channel 4 reports.
Denver cops are in hot water after a fight broke out at a swinger’s party at the home of one of the officers.
Officer Steven Sloan and his wife hosted a get-together in late May that included another officer, Jeremy Owenby, and his wife. The two wives got into a fight, and when the cops intervened, Sloan allegedly pulled his gun.
Both officers have been taken off patrol for the duration of the investigation. Thus far no charges have been filed.
The officers who responded to the incident are also under investigation for failing to conduct a DUI investigation of Ownbey.
