Germany Claims USA Tapped Angela Merkel’s Mobile Phone

Snowden Strikes Again?

WASHINGTON, D.C. – White House Press Secretary Jay Carney to the podium today to deny allegations that the NSA tapped the Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel‘s cell phone. Merkel’s office reportedly reached out to President Barack Obama to complain about a “serious breach of trust,” if confirmed.

The German government reportedly learned of the wiretap after receiving “information that the chancellor’s cellphone may be monitored,” from an unnamed source. Coincidentally, the German news magazine Der Spiegel has recently published leaks from whistleblower Edward Snowden.

A spokesman for the German government stated that Merkel stated to Obama that,  “she views such practices, if the indications are confirmed … as completely unacceptable.” They added, “there must not be such surveillance of a head of government’s communication,” Seibert added. “That would be a serious breach of trust. Such practices must be stopped immediately.”

The German government is demanding that the U.S. respond to these and previous allegations of NSA spying on their country that were posed months ago.

True that. She is not alone. NSA reaches out and touches everyone. -0 is a liar, he is an idol, but he is nevertheless; a liar and deceiver.
