Embattled White House Press Secretary Defending Obamacare: “I give up” (VIDEO)

A Heated Back and Forth Over Obamacare Rollout

WASHINGTON, D.C. – White House press secretary Jay Carney tussled with ABC News reported Jon Karl on Monday. Karl pushed Carney on the continued failure of Healthcare.gov and asked why the president repeatedly lied about people being able to keep their health care insurance.

“I’m going to go back to what the President said, he said you can bypass the website, and apply by phone or in person, and it could be done in 25 minutes, but these memos say that ‘at the end of the day, we are all stuck in the same queue, we all have to go through the same portal,’” said Karl.

Secretary Carney mocked the reporter, imitating his mannerisms  saying, “Jon, I get it, but the person who calls isn’t the one who continues to wait after the paper application is filled,” Carney said.

“Your mocking is entertaining,” said Karl, “but the President said you can apply within 25 minutes, that’s not true.”

Why doesn’t he just admit that he was wrong…. It is easy….””We were wrong. We are sorry”……

We all know the Obama administration never apologizes. Somehow this will be Bush’s fault and we’re all racist.

You would think it would be easy. I actually have respect for people who admit their wrong versus trying to play it off like they weren’t.

What motivates liberals is muting the pain they experience from their low sense of self. They use words not to convey truth value but to make emotional connections with like wounded souls. They’ll say anything if they feel it will help others support and like them. That’s why Obama said what he did about Obamacare, why he states falsehoods about anything he talks about. He doesn’t recognize he speaks falsehoods because truth to him is irrelevant. The last thing a person with a low sense of self will do is admit mistakes. They are terrified of being “found out”. It’s why they take credit for things they don’t do and blame others for anything that may be considered negative. For the rational, the thing we must do is expose liberals as shame based and afraid of freedom whenever they espouse a liberal position. They will run from that exposure and that can lead to them leaving others alone.

Carney is a punk and his facial expressions were told a telling story that he does not like to be pressured.

The thing I don’t understand is that if I build an addition on someones home I give them a 1 year warranty. So why is it that the American taxpayer has to pay those that built the website to fix it? I guess they did not bilk the American taxpayer enough on the initial construction. And just how much money did obombya get in kickbacks the first time and how much more is he getting on the repair job? I guess this explains how he went from an income of 1.2 million to an income of 12.4 million in just 5 years.

Here’s what Jay Carney should have said: “The enrollment process is simple, Jon. Remember on BARNEY MILLER how WoJo, Harris and Fish would type up police reports. It’s like that.”

“obviously but . . . “

John Bonner November 5, 2013 at 10:37 pm

I think what you do not understand John, is that we said one thing to give one distinct impression, but we were not TECHNICALLY lying because in the end our statements were vague enough to be twisted after the fact. Do you not follow politics John? Do you not realize how this works? This was not a blatant lie, like “if you like your healthcare you can keep it, period” this was simply misleading information which we claim no responsibility for whatsoever.

Theft by deception.

The reporter was being unruly. I don’t know what the scandal is. Apply by phone… I understood what Carney said.
