Downsize the Social Security Administration? (VIDEO, POLL)

Is it time to downsize the Social Security Administration? Or is it time to abolish it entirely?

The Cato Institute has put together a video explaining why, at the very least, it’s time for Social Security to be reformed. They argue that the program does damage to the economy, suppressing personal savings and economic growth. The program’s trust fund is projected to be depleted just two years from now. The ratio of working age people to recipients has been cut in half in the last two decades. Something has to give.

He is also a frequent contributor on television, appearing on Fox News, Fox Business, CNN, MSNBC and on dozens of local radio shows.
