Did Joy Behar Flip-Off The Pauls on Live Television?

Was Joy Behar secretly flipping off Senator & Mrs. Rand Paul on live television?

Wednesday, the Pauls appeared on The View to discuss Obama’s recent gun control initiative and the senator’s campaign. They were respectful to the hosts, especially Rand when they initiated the discussion with grossly misguided and factually incorrect statements about firearms. He gracefully answered their questions, however, upon closer review of the video, you can see at around the 37 second mark Joy Behar rubs her nose, a few times, then proceeds to scratch the itch using her middle finger.

Behar is notorious for losing her cool, particularly when the guests’ discuss views that do not align with her own. Back in 2010, both she and Whoopi Goldberg walked off the set when Bill O’Reilly appeared as a guest on their show.

The alleged bird-flipping appears to have occurred while Rand discussed the reasons why the president should not have the authority to write laws without the approval of the representatives. The entire exchange resulted in non-substantive remarks on her end; commenting only on his height and his preference for turtlenecks.

So, was there an itch she had to scratch several times while looking up at the audience? Or did Joy think she was being funny?
