Former 2020 presidential candidate Sen. Cory Booker endorsed former Vice President Joe Biden for president in a tweet Monday.
“The answer to hatred & division is to reignite our spirit of common purpose. @JoeBiden won’t only win – he’ll show there’s more that unites us than divides us,” the New Jersey Democrat tweeted. “He’ll restore honor to the Oval Office and tackle our most pressing challenges.”
“That’s why I’m proud to endorse Joe,” Booker added.

Booker’s endorsement of Biden comes after failed 2020 presidential candidates Sen. Amy Klobuchar, and former South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg, and former Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke endorsed Biden on March 2.
Former President Barack Obama has yet to endorse his former vice president.
