Cops kill homeless man armed with wooden stick

Got stick? Get shot!

Los Angeles County deputies shot and killed a homeless man wielding a wooden stick last weekend. The shooting occurred Sunday at the intersection of Venice and La Cienega boulevards. Deputies claim they came into contact with the man who  “suddenly armed himself with a wooden stick.”

The homeless man then reportedly advanced towards deputies with the stick over his head, prompting them to open fire and kill him. The identity of the homeless person has not been released.
