RALEIGH, NC – A beautiful moment was captured on video when a police officer was seen saving the life of a man who was threatening to commit suicide by jumping off a bridge.
The officer was off duty and headed home when he saw the man sitting on the edge of the bridge preparing to jump. After a short period of time chatting with the man, he came back over the side and the officer hugged him in a display of compassion and brotherly love.
