A law student at the University of New Mexico is one testicle shy of a pair after a police officer kicked him in the balls during an arrest. A video was released showing the event where Jeremy Martin was detained for a DWI by officer Pablo Padilla.
Padilla has been placed on leave during an internal investigation. Martin was forced to have his testicle removed at a doctor’s recommendation.
