“You Don’t Have To Go To Jail If You Do What I Tell You To Do”

DALLAS, TX – A Dallas police officer was arrested after he allegedly pulled a woman over and demanded she perform sex acts on him in exchange for avoiding jail. Officer La’Cori Johnson resigned from the force after being accused of pulling a woman over, telling her she had a warrant and then asking her friend to leave the location of the stop so he could take advantage of her sexually.

According to the affidavit, Officer Johnson asked why the woman was crying and said to her: “You don’t have to go to jail if you do what I tell you to do.” The affidavit then states that the officer drove his patrol car to a dead-end lane, parked, came to the back seat with the woman, removed his gun belt and pulled down his pants. The woman was then directed to perform oral sex on the officer, which she complied to for fear of going to jail.

After the incident, the woman was dropped off and walked home where she then reported what happened to her mother. She then notified the police and Officer Johnson was immediately placed on administrative leave. A criminal investigation was initiated and an Internal Affairs inquiry began on January 24th of this year. The inquiry led to Johnson being arrested and booked into the Dallas County Jail on a $25,000 bond with a charge of a 2nd degree felony sexual assault.

In this day and age to think he could get away with this is ludicrous. So much so that it sounds like a set-up. He purposely sets himself up to do something so stupid, gets fired… and will somehow get paid for being a nut (pardon the pun here). I’m not sure how, but I just cannot believe this at face value.

    • Alex

why are you surprised? Go see what these hoodlums got away with in city of Fullerton – slowly and methodically killing a man – all shot on city camera – and got away with it. These government functionaires are trained to believe they are better than us mundanes and are above the law.

  • Aztec01

Hmmm, not sure how the police didn’t find, “he responded appropriately.” Seems to be the pat answer for every police criminal act.

Sure hope he wasn’t put on “paid administrative leave” He should be banned from ever taking a job as a police officer again. In fact he should be prosecuted as a sexual predator.

Seriously? There are only three paragraphs… could you not be bothered to read them all?

    • Joseph A. Clark

He IS registered as a sex offender, now…….that means, ANYWHERE he goes, he has to register with the county sheriff…….

  • disqusisstoopid

The problem is that there are way too many La’Cori’s around in this country. What kind of pussified kneegro name is that?

    • Paul Kopacko

Really? REALLY? Be careful, your ignorance is showing.

  • Lovinmalamutes

And the public wonders why so many of us women are fearful to pull over even though it is the police. We know we aren’t in anyway able to protect ourselves and the police seem to commit crimes more often than the criminals yet are in most cases found to be “within their appropriate response/action! No wonder we’d rather keep going and risk being killed then the risk of near death treatment!

    • Alex

You are in far more dangers when pulled by a cop – you can’t resist, he is above the law, and he is licensed to harm and kill. And the worst thing that will happen to him and unlikely – he may lose his job.

    • Paul Emery

Get a video cam for your vehicle and obey the traffic laws…..

      • Rick Lane

Yes get two cams one pointing forward an one backwards cops hate being filmed

  • Chris Florence

    Officer “Johnson”?! Ironic.

Most cops are thieves and rapists, so be forewarned. Don’t let your wife/girlfriend/daughter drive alone in the US or they could be raped in the same way by the police. This is like the 12th or 13th story of this kind I’ve read in just the last month. God only knows how many don’t make the news. And women, don’t be afraid to carry a gun and shoot a cop in the face if he demands you perform oral sex on him.

    • Paul Kopacko

No “most cops” are not thieves and rapists! The percentage of them who are does appear to be growing however and they certainly give the rest a bad name. Your hysteria is allowing you to paint a large number of people with a broad brush that is not necessarily deserved..

      • Alex

It’s few bad apples (99%) who make the rest of cops (1%) look bad!

        • Paul Kopacko

It does sometimes appear that way! But I gotta believe that the majority are still trying to simply do their job and get home safely at the end of the day.

    • Paul Emery

Sounds like the rantings of a troll maybe you should increase your medication…….

    • Rick Lane

That is a lie .thee bad ones always get the attention

  • Paul Kopacko

Good! We don’t need Police Officers like him on the force!

    • bikerdogred1

We had a president just like him once.

  • E.J. Burger

who the hell blows someone to not go to jail, I would have been like lets go mother fucker I can’t wait to tell all your buddies about this shit.

    • BDUB

She should have bitten his penis. Let him explain that one, and she might have felt at least a tiny bit of retribution.

  • Shirley Conner

this brings a whole nother meaning to, “did u bring protection”!

    Second Degree Sexual Assault?

I think if I forced a woman to have sex with me in any way that involved the words, “Or else,” I’d get locked up for rape. Why does this cop get a lesser charge?

Then again, I probably shouldn’t complain. Jurors love cops and never convict them so maybe the lesser charge ensures he goes to jail.

    Just a standard breathalyzer test.

  • Bruce

There was a cop in Anchorage who did this a dozen times to women in a bad neighborhood where crack and hookers congregate and he preyed on Native girls recently come from Alaskan villages as well. I drove a cab and he stopped me once for a ticket, got a call on his cell and took off instead. Wonder if it was one of his ‘customers.’ He finally got busted by two Native girls and got 15 years.

  • Inconsistencies

The evidence must have been rock solid (my apologies for that) for him to have been convicted. These bastardos usually get off (again, sorry).

  • Tim Jitsu

is 25k the usual bail for rapists? no? didn’t think so…

  • Brad Kirby

Should have bit his dick off. He would have a hard time trying to convince anyone he wasn’t doing anything wrong and the video evidence from patrol cars has a way of vanishing or getting ‘lost’.

    • Rick Lane

It’s not funny it’s a crime a high crime IMO

      • Brad Kirby

No higher a crime then betraying the trust of the public you are charged to protect from criminals that do the same thing. Just think, he got caught, this time. Who knows how many times he had done this before? He used a position of authority to abuse his power and commit a sexual assault. Yep, should have bit his dick off. I’m surprised he didn’t think to delete the video or damage it in some way to make it useless so that her claims would have gotten nowhere.

  • bikerdogred1

This is pretty funny as long it is not your wife or daughter. The police to protect and serve, funny.

  • Humanity4Humans

This is great news. This type of thing happens more than some people might be willing to believe and when it does happen it’s usually violent. I had a good friend who was raped in the back of a Tulsa squad car in ’98. When that type of thing happens, all trust is broken and there is no where any woman feels safe to turn to and they know that. Thank God some departments these days always have cameras rolling.

  • Thought-Criminal

He’ll receive a minor warning, and later will be promoted to Chief Inspector for the Sexual Assault squad because #ACAB

  • Bullseye

    He should have been hung

  • Snap N McGarrett

The judge should sentence the former cop to 10 minutes

,,,in a locked room with the girl’s father, husband and brothers.

You keep hearing about police doing this…. When was the last time you heard about a CCW permit holder that was not LE pulling a stunt like this….???

I trust CCW permit holders much more than I trust the police.
