As the war on drugs continues to be waged in our communities, the body counts of civilians and civil servants continue to rise. But with the rise of violence comes a reversal of force from citizens who are armed and ready to protect themselves.

A story from Texas today involving a botched no-knock raid ended in tragedy with the death of a police officer and the citizen being charged with three counts of attempted capital murder.
