Woman Sentenced To 10 Years For Having Sex With Her Friend’s 12-Year-Old Son

12790753244_3846519a32Joy McCall, 35, was sentenced to ten years in prison for having sex with her friend’s 12-year-old son. McCall, who has children the same age, pleaded guilty to two counts of lewd and lascivious battery.

The woman had been arrested after the victim told a friend that he was having sex with his mom’s friend. The friend then told his own mother who reported it to the victim’s parent.

When the victim’s parent looked at her son’s phone, she found text messages between the two which confirmed an inappropriate relationship of a sexual nature. The couple had sex three times, once in the back seat of McCall’s car at the mall and twice in the woods.

People who knew McCall claim that they always thought she seemed unstable and “weird.”
