A university disciplinary board is moving forward with sanctions, including possible expulsion for the boys who defended their lives and property. [contextly_sidebar id=”206fd7ad284c7c5f8ee0eec77f61d2af”]

A felon wearing an ankle bracelet attempted to gain entry to their house after first begging for food and then becoming angry when they didn’t give him any money. Erik Fagan tried to close the door, but the felon pushed his way in, causing Fagan to call out to his roommate upstairs that he was in trouble. Dan McIntosh came downstairs with a 10 mm Glock pistol and was able to send the intruder packing immediately when he saw the weapon.

The two student’s university handbook states that they are not allowed to have guns on campus in order to protect their safety. McIntosh has a concealed weapons permit and was unaware of the student policy.

Why do we insist on punishing people for defending themselves in this country? This is just plain ignorant and stupid.

Criminals know they can get away with crime when we’re not allowed to have guns. Good thing these boys didn’t know they weren’t allowed to defend themselves.

If those kids signed the university contract with the words, “all rights reserved, without prejudice” they could sue the university for prejudicing them for exercising their protected rights.
