The Libertarian Republic has been reporting on an incident that occurred on the West Side Highway in Manhattan, New York where a biker gang brutally beat a father in front of his family. TLR published a report that revealed an undercover NYPD officer was with the gang while they were assaulting a man who had fled for his life after the biker gang brake-checked him on the highway.
