DALLAS, TX – A teacher was arrested after he reportedly asked for his 16-year-old student’s phone number and had sex with her twice. James Quigley allegedly offered the student good grades if she would keep the secret safe from his wife, who is also a teacher at Richardson High School.

Emails and texts turned into sex at the girl’s home at least twice, according to an affidavit, with Quigley telling her repeatedly that she had “a pretty neck.”

After he started threatening her and constantly making comments about her “pretty neck,” she finally had enough and reported him.
