There is yet another set back for the GOP leadership, whether it be from the White House, Senate, or House, in regards to their attempt to repeal and replace Obamacare, as Senate leadership has abruptly curbed a vote on its version of the bill.

NBC is reporting that on Tuesday, the scheduled vote on the Republican leadership’s bill to to replace Obamacare, had been postponed until after the July 4th recess.

The bill’s viability appeared to be up in the air for its upcoming vote as 5 Republicans, Rand Paul of Kentucky, Ted Cruz of Texas, Dean Heller of Nevada, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, and Mike Lee of Utah, had publically defected from the bill as it was written.

A sixth Republican senator, Ben Sasse of Nebraska, has also raised concerns with the bill, though he did not publically say how he would vote on the measure.

Republican leadership, in order to pass the procedural vote, could only lose 2 GOP senators to be successful and move forward to a final vote at the end of the week.
