“War is a racket!” –Major General Smedley Butler, USMC
Ron Paul sat down for an interview with Alex Wagner of MSNBC to discuss the ongoing crisis in Syria. Wagner recalled an interview that Paul conducted with Wikileaks editor Julian Assange about how senior military leaders in the US were looking for an excuse to be involved in Syria. She questioned whether Paul believed Assange’s claims to which he replied affirmatively. Paul described how much the world has changed in ten years where other countries and the UN used to be part of peace-bombing campaigns but now the US finds itself acting unilaterally.

Note the extremely rude title bug for the segment “Father of the Fringe”, a clear sign of disrespect for the twelve term former congressman and Air Force flight surgeon.
Isn’t MSNBC just a propaganda front for the military industrial complex anyway?
