PHILADELPHIA, PA – Police in Philadelphia are looking for help in identifying the man who was caught on camera shooting a gun into a Harrowgate home last weekend. Surveillance video shows a male standing on the corner, enter the intersection and fire several shots into a residence before he runs away.

The incident reportedly occurred on 10/19/2013 at 3551 H Street. Citizens should contact Detective Speck Officer #8155.

How do they know it is a male? You can’t tell these days by clothing, or even by a cursory look at their “parts”. A DNA sample is the only way to be sure.
