Inmate Steven Sandison pleaded guilty on Monday to second-degree murder charges for killing his cellmate Theodore Dyer at the Saginaw Correctional Facility in Michigan. Sandison spoke openly about how and why he killed Dyer, describing how disgusted he was by the charges.

Sandison claims that Dyer wouldn’t stop talking about how he molested a child, so Sandison wrapped a cord around his neck and murdered him. Sandison was already serving life in prison for a 1991 killing in Wayne County.
