German Rapper Who Toured with DMX Stars in ISIS Beheading Video

Denis Cuspert, formerly known as Deso Dogg just landed on the State Department’s global terror list. A German rapper, Cuspert has begun helping the Islamic terrorist group with recruitment by creating a recruitment video for ISIS. “Any interest is blocked and U.S. persons are prohibited from engaging in transactions with him or to his benefit,” the statement released by the State Department says.

“Cuspert is emblematic of the type of foreign recruit ISIL seeks for its ranks—individuals who have engaged in criminal activity in their home countries who then travel to Iraq and Syria to commit far worse crimes against the people of those countries,” the statement said.

Cuspert is now “the most notorious German Islamist within the Islamic State movement.” According to the state department, Cuspert was seen in a video “holding a severed head he claims belongs to a man executed for opposing.”

The rapper reportedly turned to Islamist recruiting in 2010, traveling to Egypt where he joined al Qaeda, forming a German colony within the terror cell. He then moved to Syria to join ISIS.
