French Ministry Warns Tourists To USA About Hypersensitive Americans

By: Laura Meyers

The French are trying to help prepare vacationers heading west for the hypersensitivity to sexual humor in America.

An advice section on the French foreign affairs ministry’s website says, ‘It’s recommended to adopt a reserved attitude toward those of the opposite sex,’ the site says. ‘Comments, behavior, and jokes, which might be harmless in Latin countries, can lead to criminal cases.’

I’m sorry, did you just make a joke about boobs? MISOGYNIST! CRIMINAL! RAWR RAWR!

We know. We’re sorry.

The website even advises citizens who are traveling with small children to only use the restrooms of their gender, since even minors can be accused of sexual harassment.

There is another warning about American’s undying love for the second Amendment.

Yer damn right.

The warning says to ‘keep calm in all circumstances’ because you never know when someone may be carrying. Now that’s not bad advice. An armed society is a polite society, y’hear?

The site also addresses slower speed limits, older drinking ages, and hurricane season.

Are we no fun anymore? What happened to the good ‘ol days when America brought the kegs and France was the one sitting at home alone? Now they’re asking US if we want some cheese with our whine!

The site even went as far as to break down the top 13 visited American cities and give advice for each (Translated by Daily Mail):

Boston: If the crime rate is generally not particularly high, violence related to firearms remains a risk factor in some localized areas. Pedestrian traffic unaccompanied is why recommended the night in parts of Dorchester, Mattapan and Roxbury.
