Drunk, Racist Bus Passenger Goes on Violent Stabbing Spree (VIDEO)

OREGON CITY, OR – 19-year-old Austin Vanhagen is in prison after going on a violent stabbing spree on a Oregon City TriMet bus. Surveillance video of the incident emerged, despite authorities claims that it would be suppressed.

Vanhagen was talking loudly on his cell phone when he began hurling racial slurs which upset the bus driver and passengers. The driver pulled the bus over, whereupon Vanhagen and another passenger got off and started fighting.

The bus driver closed the door to keep the passengers safe inside, but the attacker pried his way in and began fighting inside the bus, stabbing several passengers and the driver. Police arrived shortly and subdued the man with a taser before placing him into custody.
