Day of Action in Support of Thomas Massie’s Raw Milk Freedom Bills (VIDEO)

“You don’t need to drink raw milk to support others’ right to peacefully procure the foods of their choice from the producer of their choice.”

The Farm-To-Consumer Legal Defense Fund has called for a day of action in support of two bills introduced by Congressman Thomas Massie, HR4307 and HR4308.

The first bill, HR4307, would lift the FDA’s ban on the interstate transportation of raw milk. The second bill, HR4308, would simply allow raw milk to be transported between two states that already allow for its sale.

“You don’t need to drink raw milk to support others’ right to peacefully procure the foods of their choice from the producer of their choice,” says spokeswoman Liz Reitzig in a new video released by the group.

The Fund is asking supporters to call their congressmen in support of these bills on May 6th. You can also fax your representative and both senators using the Fund’s online petition.
